A new guitar for Susan

A ladder braced concert model, Mahogany back and sides and a red spruce top.


The back almost ready, just tune up the braces with the small finger plane.


Joining the top halves.


Top with rosette installed.


Ready too ned some sides.


Loading the side sandwhich into the bender and heating it up


All tightened up and cooking


A freshly bent guitar side.




The sides are in the assembly mold and I'm clamping the blocks in


Adding some braces to the top.


Glueing in the kerfed linings.
