Adding the top trim pieces.

The box is about ready for the neck.

The trim is all scraped down and ready for some serious sanding.

Shaping up a neck with a modified V profile.

Inlaying the logo.

Testing the fit.

Looking like a guitar huh!

Puting in some side fret marker dots with a fat one at the 12th fret.

A pair almost ready for the spray booth. Billy's is on the right.

Filling the pores is the forst step of the finish.

Add a little shading and a little oil varnish.

Nice and shiny but still a lot more work ahead.

All finished spraying. The finish needs to cure for at least a few weeks and then lots of sanding and buffing before final assembly and setup.

Wet sanding the sound box before the buff out.

Clearing off some finish to glue the neck and fingerboard on.

Glue and clamp the neck.

Installing frets

Tap tap tap.....

I glued the bridge on this morning and should be able to string her up tomorrow!

These pics were taken with a flash so it is not quite as bright in person as these last four pics show.
